Practice for Groundedness

In a field of flowers, the practice connects with the energy of the earth in long-held postures focused on the breath to release tension and anxiety and feel grounded. Stretch the hips, legs, and back in a sequence of floor postures for grounding, centering, and relaxation as you soak in a healing soundbath. Option to use folded blanket or yoga block.
