Ming is in Maui with chef Lee Anne Wong. At Kako’o ‘Oiwi Farm, the two gather traditional Hawaiian ingredients, such as taro plants, edible ferns, and breadfruit to create a sumptuous meal celebrating the heritage of the islands.
