We are excited to share an exclusive broadcast premiere of The Vivaldi Project's soon-to-be released album, Discovering the Classical String Trio Volume 4. The Vivaldi Project sought to bring to life the lesser-known yet incredibly rich repertoire of Classical string trios. Four volumes (and 28 trios) into the present recording series, The Vivaldi Project continues to be astounded by the sheer wealth and stylistic variety of the Classical string trio repertoire.
You can hear The Vivaldi Project in concert on Sunday, April 14 on the Holy Comforter Concert Series in Vienna, Virginia. The program will feature works from the new album, with music by J. C. Bach, Haydn, Boccherini, and 18th-Century violin virtuosa Maddalena Lombardini Sirmen. Click here for concert details.
