Co-hosts Yasmin El Shazly and Mahmoud Rashad introduce their quest on the 100th anniversary of the discovery of Tutankhamun's tomb by British archaeologist Howard Carter. Yasmin and Rashad share their life in Cairo as they head to the Egyptian Museum for their exclusive look at the treasures of King Tutankhamun.

Co-hosts Yasmin El Shazly and Mahmoud Rashad are in the Royal Tomb in Amarna looking at key inscriptions that depict Tutankhamun as a baby, as some Egyptologists believe. The inscriptions on the walls of the tomb also show Akhenaten and the Aten, the sun disc, which was the religious system established by Akhenaten.
