Filmed after the Holtzbergs moved from a Mumbai hotel room to the Nariman House. Their new multi-story building, purchased in part with a financial gift from the Rohr family, allows for regular guests, meals and study. The Chabad House was later attacked by Lashkar-i-Taiba during its siege of Mumbai in November 2008. Gavriel, his wife, Rivka, and four others were killed.

It took the 2008 Mumbai attacks for much of the world to recognize Lashkar-i-Taiba's threat, but renowned French investigative judge Jean-Louis Bruguiere had for years warned of the Pakistan-based terrorist group's evolving international ambitions. In fact, a year before the Mumbai attacks, he successfully convicted a French citizen who had been deployed by Lashkar on an international mission.
