In whats been called the Super Bowl of Jazz, five of Americas most promising jazz pianists compete in the 2019 American Pianists Awards Gala Finals. Hosted by NEA Jazz Master Dee Dee Bridgewater, this is the culmination of a 13-month competition to choose the Cole Porter Fellowship in Jazz. The finalists perform with Grammy winning vocalist Kurt Elling and the Buselli-Wallarab Jazz Orchestra.
