Swiss skier Nawal is committed to compete at the top of the ski circuit, not only to honor her father, but also to prove to her mother that skiing is more than a hobby. During the qualifying race, she takes a big risk and leads by a large margin at the intermediate time, but then goes too fast in a turn. Her hopes of being accepted into the school diminish, especially with mom trying to prevent it

At a promotional tour, he makes a risky decision that places his life in danger.

Mark, former skiing star and current headmaster, juggles various burdens. Struggling to maintain a strained relationship with both the chief trainer and his son Nikki, he is also blamed for the tragic death of a student. Financial difficulties compound Mark's situation, with an unexpected prospect of salvation resting on his ex-wife's sustainable ski clothing company.

Chief trainer Franziska started coaching to bring change to the ski school. She faces the tough reality of pursuing her visionary approaches amidst time and performance pressure. Her complex relationship with Mark complicates the matter. An additional strain manifests when Veighofer joins the school, increasing the pressure concerning Nawal's therapy, and triggering a disastrous series of events.

When Nikki learns from Nawal that Veighofer has crossed a line with her, he stands up against his coach. However, the two boys take the wrong approach, which puts them in great danger.
