Biden and Sanders clash over health care proposals

On the 2020 campaign trail, former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders are at odds over their respective health care plans, with Biden proposing to build on the existing Affordable Care Act, while Sanders wants to move to a single-payer system.
