News Wrap: UN General Assembly won’t convene in September

It’s the first time that's happened in the world body’s 75-year history. Also, in Hong Kong, hundreds marched on the first anniversary of a rally that sparked a pro-democracy movement. They flooded the city’s financial district, defying coronavirus restrictions.
