Arrest warrant issued for Putin for war crimes in Ukraine

The International Criminal Court's decision to issue an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin marks the first time it indicted a head of state from a permanent member of the UN Security Council and is the most dramatic step taken to try and hold Russia accountable for the war in Ukraine.
