House releases impeachment inquiry rules amid new testimony

On Tuesday, Lt. Col. Alexander Vindman became the first person on President Trump’s July 25 phone call with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy to testify as part of the impeachment inquiry. He said he had been “concerned” by Trump’s request during the call for Ukraine to open investigations into the Biden family.
