But Clemency Burton-Hill, creative director at WQXR, a public classical radio station serving New York, wants to change that. An evangelist for art that leaves her “wonderstruck” but is limited by “barriers to entry,” Burton-Hill sits down with Jeffrey Brown to discuss music and her new book, “Year of Wonder.”
