The Supreme Court heard arguments in one of the most important corporate bankruptcy cases in decades. The court is weighing whether to approve Purdue Pharma's controversial bankruptcy deal that would give billions to victims of the opioid epidemic while protecting the Sackler family from opioid-related civil lawsuits.
