For the first time in nearly 14 months, the guns along the Israel-Lebanon border are set to fall silent. The Israeli security cabinet approved a cease-fire and Lebanon's government says it will ensure Hezbollah abides by the deal. Nick Schifrin discussed the developments with Randa Slim of the Middle East Institute and Aaron David Miller of the Carnegie Endowment.
