"Carousel" was the second collaboration between composer Richard Rodgers and lyricist Oscar Hammerstein II, and it heralded a new era in musical theater. The New York Philharmonic, with a star-studded cast including Kelli O'Hara, Nathan Gunn, Stephanie Blythe, Jessie Mueller, Shuler Hensley, Jason Danieley and John Cullum, presents a shimmering full-orchestral version of this beloved classic.
