Young cop Angele is called to investigate the murder of a psychiatric patient whose heart has been torn out. But the circumstances prove very tricky.

Maxime comes out of his coma and identifies the killer. The shocked Angele decides not to inform Inspector Favard and must now face the consequences.

Angele, bound to be committed into the psychiatric hospital, convinces Favard to search the clinic one last time, and makes a crucial discovery.
