Frankie and Trudy’s night out at Quon’s Speakeasy turns deadly when bullets start flying, injuring the young son of the owner. A young wife of a veteran hires the detectives to investigate her husband, but before they can get very far, the man is killed in an explosion. Frankie discovers the murder is just one in a series seemingly connected to a secret military facility in England. Frankie comes face-to-face with a long-lost friend who may be the only one able to help--if she can face her own ghosts.
