Livin’ Large

“Oh give me a home, where the buffalo roam, and the deer and the antelope play.” The song was written before the rampant human development. the program focuses on three animals and their chances for continued existence in the changing West: sandhill cranes, desert fish and antelope. We also visit the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum to see what it takes to keep a “large landscape” animal on exhibit.
