Chaplains

Through personal profiles, this documentary explores the daily life of chaplains and their role in the world. Trained to provide comfort and support to people of all faiths, chaplains often find themselves in life and death situations. Their work in the military, workplace, war zones, prisons and behind the scenes at NASCAR often finds them serving as pastor, social worker and counselor to those seeking spiritual or pastoral care. Segments include chaplains at Children's Medical Center in Washington, D.C., the U.S. House of Representatives and the U.S. Senate.
