Could an Insurrectionist Be Your New Congressperson?

More than a year has passed since the January 6 Capitol riot, and the question of accountability for the instigators remains unresolved. Some lawyers are resorting to a 14th Amendment clause that bans insurrectionists from holding office. The voting rights organization Public Wise has launched an online database identifying those who supported the insurrection.
