In Season 4, new series hosts Jennifer (Jen) Osborn and Ricardo Frederick Evans join a local realtor to tour three homes in each episode and immerse themselves in the communities of the D.C. Metro region one neighborhood at a time.
Jen and Ricardo visit 12 neighborhoods this season, including Burke, Fairfax, Occoquan/Lorton, and South Arlington in Virginia; Cleveland Park, Hill East, Woodridge/Langdon, and Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C.; and College Park, Gaithersburg, Frederick, and Ellicott City in Maryland.
The first six episodes of Season 4 of If You Lived Here will air on Mondays at 9 p.m. on WETA PBS and 8 p.m. on WETA Metro, from Oct. 28 through Dec. 9, with no airings on Nov. 18. Six more episodes will premiere in early 2025.
About the Hosts
Jennifer Osborn and Ricardo Fredrick Evans are the new hosts of If You Lived Here, following former hosts Christine Louise and the late John Begeny. Both accomplished performers and arts professionals, Jen and Ricardo met at an open casting call for the Netflix series House of Cards and have been friends for more than a decade. In addition to going to D.C.-area open houses together, they built their friendship through a love of theater and film, the beach, kayaking, and good food.
Jennifer Osborn
Jennifer Osborn has lived in the D.C. area since 2011, residing in all four quadrants of the District, and eventually landing in Maryland with her partner and two cats. Viewers may recognize her from the Netflix Series House of Cards as the Assistant to Robin Wright's character. She’s performed with theater companies all over the region, including Tennessee Stage Company, Silver Spring Stage, Molotov Theater, and SeeNoSunOnstage, plus countless short films with local directors. She received a Best Actor win at the Knoxville Film Festival Seven Day Shootout for her performance in Personal Day, and at the Frederick 48 Hour Film Festival for her performance in Dog Days.
Ricardo Frederick Evans
Ricardo Frederick Evans grew up in the Hillcrest neighborhood of Washington, D.C. and was previously a licensed real estate agent. He attended the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts, where he is currently an instructor. His theatre credits include African-American Collective Theatre, Arena Stage, Round House Theatre, Shakespeare Theatre, Studio Theatre, Totem Pole Playhouse, and Imagination Stage, where he received a Helen Hayes Award nomination for his work in Doctor Dolittle. He has numerous industrial, short, and independent film credits, including a blink-and-you-miss-it appearance on Netflix’s House of Cards. He’s also co-host and co-producer of the Read More Plays podcast.
