Check, Please! DC returns in 2018 with six new episodes beginning April 16, presenting journeys of culinary discovery that showcase the diner’s perspective on the diverse food scene in Greater Washington and feature restaurant tips from actual customers. Giving knowledgeable local diners a chance to share their experiences in one of the nation’s hottest food destinations, the programs spotlight a wide range of neighborhood gems and cuisines throughout the District, Maryland and Virginia. The series also shares cocktail recipes from prominent establishments, in addition to intriguing food facts.

The series gives viewers an unfiltered look at the Greater Washington restaurant scene through a panel of citizen reviewers sharing their favorite eateries and dining experiences. In each episode, three guests select one dining spot for review by the other two guests. After anonymously trying each restaurant recommendation, the guests discuss their experiences together with the show’s host, Washington, D.C. restaurant owner Rose Previte.
