Gluck's immortal and reform opera, Orfeo ed Euridice, based on the myth of Orpheus, who travels to the underworld to retrieve his dead wife, Eurydice, is presented live by the Metropolitan Opera, featuring Anthony Rolfe Costanzo and Ying Fang in the title roles. Led by Christian Curnyn.
