To this day, an exciting launch to space brings Americans together with hope and anticipation. The special occasion of NASA's launch of Artemis I on November 16 to the moon was thus rightly celebrated with cellist and cultural ambassador Yo-Yo Ma, the Philadelphia Orchestra, and celebrated conductor and Music Director of the Phildadelphia Orchestra and the Metropolitan OperaYannick Nézet-Séguin.

The iconic classical figures came together to serenade the nation with a beautiful and inspiring rendition of America during the live coverage of the launch this past Wednesday.
