Celebrate our nation's 250th at Oregon Ridge Park with Music Director Jonathon Heyward and the BSO. From the rousing "Armed Forces Salute" and Star Wars to Copland's Hoe-Down and a spectacular fireworks finale with the 1812 Overture, this annual tradition fills the summer sky with sound. July 4: Heifetz Institute - Anthems from Home & Abroad: Heifetz Celebrates America’s 250th
We celebrate the 250th anniversary of our nation’s founding with some fine fiddling and other music fit for the Glorious Fourth with our Heifetz musicians at this free, patriotic concert at the historic home of James Monroe, the nation’s fifth president. Come for the music, stay for the fireworks! (FREE)
