Biden spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu in a phone call Thursday following Monday's airstrike that killed seven humanitarian workers in Gaza. The White House said the president told Netanyahu an immediate ceasefire is essential. Nick Schifrin reports.

FEMA administrator on expanding access to disaster relief

It comes after an Israeli strike killed seven members of Chef Jose Andres' World Central Kitchen aid organization, including one American-Canadian dual citizen.
