The Trump administration’s lead Ukraine envoy said Saturday that there are no plans for Europeans to be included in any talks to end the war between Russia and Ukraine. Earlier, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy suggested at the Munich Security Conference that the days of the U.S. defending Europe may be over.
