The series features guest chefs and their restaurants, including Michael Mina of RN74, Ken Tominaga of Hana, Kevin Ly of Sugar Bowl Bakery and executive pastry chef Yves Matthey of The Mandarin Cake Shop at Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong.
