Drop the Beet Cocktail

“Drop the Beet” 



* 1.5 oz London dry gin 

* .75 oz fresh lemon juice 

* .75 oz celery shrub 

* .5 oz simple syrup 

* .75 oz beet juice 



Add all ingredients (except beet juice) to a shaker.

Add ice and shake.

Strain into a coupe, and take the remaining beet juice and proceed to 'Drop the Beet' straight in.
