Washington, D.C. — Classical WETA 90.9 FM welcomes more opera to its air in May with the premiere of Classical WETA Opera House, a 30-week season of opera performances recorded live by five major U.S. opera companies: the Lyric Opera of Chicago, Los Angeles Opera, Washington National Opera, Houston Grand Opera and San Francisco Opera.
