"DisordR, The Play"

Please come at 12:00 Noon for a Free Audience Interaction and Collaboration to develop "DisordR, The Play," where Pakrat Patty the Hoarder comes out of the Clutter Closet.

Hoarding screams from cable “docu-reality” TV, gets covered in Time and The New York Times, and is addressed by the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments.
Now, live on stage, "DisordR" humorously and humanely exposes one struggle to overcome Collector-itis and Disposophobia.

This uncannily recognizable and potentially alarming encounter with hoarding reveals the “DisordR” in Pakrat Patty's home and her heart through a funny and moving personal tale that sensitively illuminates hoarding, inspires understanding, and aims to facilitate recovery. “DisordR” featured at the 2010 International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) Conference. “One of [the] most favorite parts of the Annual Conference,” says Program Director Michael Spigler. “Humor is the best medicine.”

An obsessive-compulsive's must-see!
