Dean's Forum Series on the Arts at Wesley Theological Seminary

Wesley Theological Seminary will host a Dean's Forum Series on the Arts in March. Join us on March 14 and 21 in Elderdice Hall to enjoy lively lectures and discussions with Margaret Hunt and Dorothy McSweeny.
Margaret Hunt, March 14, 12:00-1:30 p.m. Dean Bruce Birch will introduce Ms. Hunt, and Wesley Professor Deryl Davis will perform a theatrical monologue to set the stage for Ms. Hunt's lecture on grace and literature. Margaret is a long-standing member of Radius, the Religious Drama Society of Great Britain, and currently chairs its Executive Committee.
Dorothy McSweeny, March 21, 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. Dean Bruce Birch will introduce Ms. McSweeny, and she will speak on how her faith has informed her work on behalf of the arts community. Dorothy has helped found organizations such as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the National Symphony Orchestra, The Washington Ballet, and the National Museum of Women in the Arts.
