James Villani, Manassas Symphony Orchestra

James Villani, Music Director of the Manassas Symphony Orchestra talks about their upcoming March 7, 2020 performance titled American Idols at the Hylton Performing Arts Center. It's a concert of American composers, Aaron Copland, Leonard Bernstein, and Howard Hanson.

Maestro Villani also talks about his journey in classical music, the mission of the Manassas Symphony Orchestra, and Hanson's Symphony No. 2 which Maestro Villani calls the quintessential American symphony.
