A fragment of the original Star-Spangled Banner serves as a starting point to investigate the broad history and representation of the United States flag as an icon of our nation and its people.

Gadsby's Tavern Museum

Gadsby's Tavern Museum's performance dance group, the Alexandria Assembly, meets most Tuesday nights for practice and instruction.

Prerequisite: dancers must have participated in one of the Museum's Thursday night dance class series.


7:30pm to 9:30pm
