Dr. Hisham Moharram (a Muslim environmentalist), Rabbi Kevin Kleinman, and Professor David Cloutier, (a Catholic moral theologian) examine the connection between poverty and the environment from a religious perspective and teach how the human practices of hospitality and reconciliation can heal strained relations created through unjust food distribution, conflict over water access, and globalized profit-driven farming practices.
