"Neighbors Help Neighbors Age in Place"
Andrew Mollison, President, Wash. Area Villages Exchange
Washington is a national leader in the “aging-in-place” movement. Some 30 senior villages -- more than any other metropolitan area -- are open or in development in DC and its adjacent Maryland and Virginia counties. Andy Mollison, president of Washington Area Villages Exchange, will discuss how and why residents can use nonprofit, member-controlled organizations to help older neighbors continue to live happily, more safely and more comfortably, as long as possible, in the homes and neighborhoods they love.

Event begins at 10:15AM
